Wherever You Go

I’ve been reading (actually, re-reading) Jon Kabat-Zinn’s “Wherever You Go There You Are,” his how-to book on “mindfulness meditation in everyday life.” Along the way, I’ve been keeping very short notes (just phrases, actually) that I hope to put together as a poster for my bedroom wall.
